This cheesecake is delicious. Produced in West Cork, its wonderfully lemony and not too sweet. The blend of fromage frais and fresh cream lovely and creamy but not too heavy. The biscuit base is perfectly crunchy. Yummy.

Easy to clean and use, non stick, makes baking banana bread so much easier than using standard metal loaf tin.
